About Doctor

About Lynn

Lynn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, with a Master of Nutrition Science from Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition. Lynn has been providing nutrition counseling to individuals and families for 11 years, and she works with a wide span of patients, including infants, children, women, and seniors. Lynn is passionate about helping clients to form a positive relationship with food, so that they can truly enjoy food within the context of a balanced diet.

Approach to care

Lynn believes that while nutrition is a science, diet is cultural and personal. Dietitian is an expert innutrition science, but clients are the expert of their own body. As a working mom, a wife, and a daughter of elder parents and in laws, Lynn also understand show family and social context would impact cooking and dining. Lynn would like to collaborate with her clients on resolving issues and forming a healthy and long-lasting lifestyle.

What to expect in your first session with Lynn

In your initial consultation, Lynn will learn about your current diet, lifestyle, cultural background, and medical conditions. Lynn would also like to know what you hope to achieve and how has your journey been so far. Lynn aims to collaborate with you on setting personalized goals and an action plan while providing your guidance using medical nutrition therapies.
