Hello there! I'm Jennifer, and I'm not just a registered dietitian and nutritionist; I'm a passionate, dedicated advocate for the transformative power of nutrition. With over a decade of hands-on experience under my belt, my journey in the world of nutrition began back in 2010 in the vibrant city of New York. Since then, I've had the privilege of working closely with a diverse range of clients, guiding them towards their best state of health through the magic of wholesome nutrition and the adoption of a healthy lifestyle.
Over the years, my career has taken me through the intricacies of weight management, disease prevention, health and wellness, medical nutrition therapy, and sports nutrition, catering to both adults and children. However, my current passion lies in the realm of holistic and integrative nutrition. I firmly believe that the key to a healthy body and a peaceful state of mind lies in the harmonious fusion of good nutrition, yoga practice, and meditation. In my eyes, nourishing your body with whole, nature-derived foods while engaging in yoga and meditation can rejuvenate not only your body but also your mind and soul, ultimately bringing forth the best version of yourself. It all begins from within.
My academic background includes an MS degree from Stony Brook University, a BS degree in Nutrition Science from Long Island University at CW Post, and a BA degree in sociology from Stony Brook University. Recently, I made the exciting move from the bustling streets of New York to the serene atmosphere of Brickell, Miami. Here, I cherish a life filled with tranquility, physical activity, leisurely strolls with my beloved dog, invigorating yoga sessions, and the joy of creating vibrant and delectable meals for both myself and my loved ones.
I am thrilled to share my wealth of experience and knowledge in nutrition to assist individuals in achieving their health goals. My mission is to empower individuals to embark on their own journeys towards health and well-being, nurturing their inner and outer selves through the holistic approach I wholeheartedly believe in.
